Products and Services: Products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. All sales of digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) are final. Physical product returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
Bookings and Services: Booking services including speaking engagements, music performances, acting inquiries, and voice acting sessions are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellation policies are outlined on each service listing. A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
Blog Writing Services: Blog writing subscription plans (Starter, Standard, Premium) are billed monthly. Clients may cancel at any time. Content ownership transfers to the client upon full payment. RedDragon Creations reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fan Club Membership: The RedDragon Fan Club free membership provides access to exclusive content as described. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits at any time. Premium paid tiers, if offered in the future, will have separate terms.
Limitation of Liability: RedDragon Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
