Ordering and Shipping
How long does shipping take? Domestic orders (US) ship within 5–10 business days after processing. International orders ship within 10–20 business days. All products are made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for processing before shipping begins.
How do I track my order? You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use that tracking number on the carrier’s website to see the status of your delivery.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
What is your return policy? Physical products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) are final sale. See our full Refund Policy page for details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Bookings and Services
How do I book a service? Visit the Book Me page and select the service you need — Reading Engagement, Music Performance, or Voice Acting Session. Fill out the booking form and we will respond within 48 hours.
What is your cancellation policy? Speaking engagements require 14 days notice. Music performances require 21 days notice. Voice acting sessions require 48 hours notice. See our Service Guidelines page for full details.
Do you travel for events? Yes. Travel is available for speaking engagements and music performances. Travel costs may apply depending on location. Virtual and remote options are also available.
Blog Writing Plans
What blog writing plans do you offer? Starter ($11/month for 1 post), Standard ($22/month for 2 posts), and Premium ($35/month for 6 posts). All posts are SEO-optimized and include revisions.
Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. You can cancel at any time. No refunds are given for the current billing period after cancellation.
Fan Club
Is the Fan Club really free? Yes. The Red Dragon Fan Club is completely free to join. Members get early access to new chapters, behind-the-scenes updates, exclusive music previews, and are first to know about new releases.
Accessibility
I need help using the accessibility features on this site. Click the accessibility icon (floating button on the side of the screen) to open the accessibility menu. From there you can adjust text size, enable screen reader mode, switch to a dyslexia-friendly font, change contrast settings, translate the site into 140+ languages, and more. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout.
