Physical Products (Merchandise)

All physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. To request a replacement or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloads)

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This includes eBooks, audiobooks, digital music, and any other downloadable content. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your digital purchase, contact us through the Contact page and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Blog Writing Subscription Plans

Subscription plans (Starter, Standard, Premium) can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing cycle. If Red Dragon Creations is unable to deliver the agreed-upon content within the stated timeline, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing period.

Booking Services (Speaking, Music, Voice Acting)

For speaking engagements, cancellations made at least 14 days before the event receive a full refund of any deposit. For music performances, cancellations require at least 21 days notice for a full deposit refund. For voice acting sessions, cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after these deadlines or no-shows without prior communication will forfeit their deposit. If Red Dragon Creations cancels or is unable to fulfill a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Fan Club Membership

The Red Dragon Fan Club is free. There is nothing to refund. You can leave at any time by unsubscribing from your account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page at reddragonfiction.com. Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
