Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping within the United States takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. All domestic orders include tracking information sent to the email address provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping takes 10–20 business days after processing, depending on the destination country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Red Dragon Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Rates are set by our fulfillment partners and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Digital Products
Digital products such as eBooks and audiobooks are delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive a download link or access instructions via email. No physical shipping is required for digital products.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact page on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost if the issue is on our end.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Red Dragon Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us through the Contact page and we will do our best to help.
Returns and Exchanges
Physical products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) are final sale and non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
