Service Guidelines — Red Dragon Creations

We want every experience with Red Dragon Creations to be smooth, clear, and enjoyable for everyone. These guidelines exist to make sure we are on the same page from start to finish. Please read them before booking a service or placing an order.

——— HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS ———

Step 1: You submit a booking or order through the website. Step 2: We review your request and respond within 48 hours. Step 3: We agree on the details, timeline, and price before any work begins. Step 4: Work is completed and delivered according to the agreed timeline. Step 5: You review the work. Revisions (if included in your plan) happen at this stage.

——— TIMELINES AND DEADLINES ———

Every project has a timeline that we agree on before work starts. Please understand that quality work takes time. Rush requests are possible in some cases, but they may come with an additional fee. If you need something done faster than the standard timeline, let us know upfront so we can figure out if it is possible and what it will cost. We cannot guarantee rush turnaround on all projects.

——— CHANGES AND ADD-ONS AFTER WORK HAS STARTED ———

We understand that ideas evolve. If you want to change something or add something new after work has already started, here is how it works. Small changes (like fixing a typo or adjusting a word) are usually no problem and included at no extra cost. Bigger changes (like changing the topic, adding new sections, or requesting a completely different direction) may require additional time and cost. If the change is big enough, we will pause and discuss it with you first so there are no surprises. We will never charge you for something without telling you first. Any additional work beyond the original agreement will be quoted separately so you can decide if you want to proceed.

——— REVISIONS ———

Each service plan includes a set number of revisions. Starter Plan includes 1 round of revisions. Standard Plan includes 2 rounds of revisions. Premium Plan includes 6 rounds of revisions. A "round of revisions" means you send us a list of changes you want and we make them all at once. Please gather all your feedback before submitting a revision request so we can make everything in one pass. Additional revisions beyond what is included in your plan can be purchased separately.

——— COMMUNICATION ———

We respond to all messages within 48 hours during business days. The best way to reach us is through the Contact page on our website. Please be as clear and specific as possible when describing what you need. The more detail you give us upfront, the better we can deliver exactly what you are looking for. If something is unclear, we will ask questions before starting so we get it right the first time.

——— WHAT WE EXPECT FROM CLIENTS ———

We treat every client with respect, professionalism, and patience, and we ask for the same in return. Please provide clear instructions and all necessary materials before the project begins. Please respond to our questions or revision requests in a timely manner so the project stays on track. Please understand that creative work is a collaborative process and sometimes takes more than one try to get exactly right. We reserve the right to end a working relationship if communication becomes hostile, abusive, or consistently disrespectful. In that case, any completed work up to that point will be delivered and payment for work already done is non-refundable.

——— PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS ———

Subscription plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are given for the current billing period after cancellation. For one-time projects or bookings, a deposit may be required to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due upon completion. If we are unable to complete a project for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund. Digital products such as eBooks and audiobooks are final sale and non-refundable. Physical products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

——— CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS ———

For speaking engagements, cancellations require at least 14 days notice for a full refund of any deposit. For music performances, cancellations require at least 21 days notice. For voice acting sessions, cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. No-shows without prior communication will forfeit their deposit. We understand things come up, so please just let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to work with you.
