Ordering and Shipping
How long does shipping take? Domestic orders (US) ship within 5–10 business days after processing. International orders ship within 10–20 business days. All products are made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for processing before shipping begins. How do I track my order? You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
What is your return policy? Physical products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Digital products are final sale. See our full Refund Policy page for details. My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us through the Contact page within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Bookings and Services
How do I book a service? Visit the Book Me page and select Reading Engagement, Music Performance, or Voice Acting Session. We will respond within 5 business days. What is your cancellation policy? Speaking engagements: 14 days notice. Music performances: 21 days notice. Voice acting sessions: 48 hours notice. See our Service Guidelines page for full details. Do you travel for events? Yes. Travel is available for speaking engagements and music performances. Travel costs may apply. Virtual options are also available.
Blog Writing Plans
What blog writing plans do you offer? Starter ($11/month for 1 post), Standard ($22/month for 2 posts), and Premium ($35/month for 6 posts). All posts are SEO-optimized and include revisions. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. Cancel at any time. No refunds for the current billing period.
Fan Club
Is the Fan Club really free? Yes. The Red Dragon Fan Club is completely free. Members get early access to new chapters, behind-the-scenes updates, exclusive music previews, and first-to-know alerts about new releases.

What is Red Dragon Creations? Red Dragon Creations is an independent creative studio based in South Carolina. We specialize in fiction writing, original music, professional voice acting, live performances, freelance blog writing, and merchandise. We are currently developing an original book series for teens and adults where every chapter has its own original song.
Who is behind Red Dragon Creations? Red Dragon Creations is a one-person creative studio. All fiction, music, voice acting, performances, blog content, and creative work is produced independently.
How quickly do you respond to messages? We respond to all inquiries within 5 business days. During busy periods it may take the full 5 days, but we read every message and will get back to you.
Shop and Merchandise
What products do you sell? We sell exclusive Red Dragon merch including travel mugs, latte mugs, mouse pads, wall calendars, desk calendars, notepads, spiral bound journals, hardcover notebooks, and utility backpacks. All products feature original Red Dragon Creations designs.
How are products made? All physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printful. Each item is printed, packed, and shipped directly to you after you place your order.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout powered by Wix Payments.
Is checkout secure? Yes. Our checkout is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, and AES-256 data encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Shipping
How long does shipping take? Domestic orders (US) take 5–10 business days after processing. International orders take 10–20 business days. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before shipping begins since all items are made to order.
How much does shipping cost? Domestic shipping (US) is $5.99. International shipping is $12.99.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
How do I track my order? You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use that tracking number on the carrier's website to check your delivery status.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product? Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Are digital products refundable? No. All digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, downloads) are final sale once downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will resolve it.
How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Booking Services
What services can I book? We offer three booking services: Reading Engagement (speaking engagements, author readings, creative workshops — 60 minutes), Music Performance (live original music for concerts, events, book launches — 120 minutes), and Voice Acting Session Inquiry (audiobooks, animation, commercials, video games, podcasts, e-learning — 60 minutes).
How do I book? Visit the Book Me page on our website and select the service you need. Fill out the booking form and we will respond within 5 business days to confirm.
What is the cancellation policy? Speaking engagements: 14 days notice for full deposit refund. Music performances: 21 days notice. Voice acting sessions: 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. See our Service Guidelines page for full details.
Do you travel for events? Yes. Travel is available for speaking engagements and music performances. Travel costs may apply depending on location. Virtual and remote options are also available for all service types.

Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. Cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Fan Club
Is the Fan Club free? Yes. The Red Dragon Fan Club is completely free to join. Members get early access to new fiction chapters, behind-the-scenes updates on writing, music, and acting projects, exclusive music previews, and are first to know about new releases, live events, and merchandise drops.
How do I join? Sign up through the Pricing Plans page on our website. Select the RedDragon Fan Club — Free Membership option.
Books and Fiction
What books does Red Dragon Creations publish? Red Dragon Creations is developing an original book series for teens and adults. What makes it unique is that every chapter has its own original song, merging fiction and music into one immersive storytelling experience.
When will the first book be available? The first book is currently being written. Join the Fan Club to be notified the moment it launches. It will be available in eBook, audiobook, and paperback formats.
Will the books be available in other languages? Yes. We plan to translate our books into Spanish, French, Portuguese, and German.
